Order cancellation

Many orders can be cancelled at no charge up until shipment.Orders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and will be treated as returns.

Exceptions: Due to the customized nature of  Weddings & Events,for all cancellation beyond 24 hours, restocking/processing fees may apply to cancellations in these categories even if the order has not shipped. To cancel an order, please Login to My Orders, select the order you need help with, and request a cancellation.We will contact you and confirm the cancellation with you through email within 24 hours.


7 Days Guarantee For Stock Items.

All our dresses are handmade and the quality is guaranteed. We check every order during the packing stage to make sure that the dress will come out to be perfect. We have a QC team who check on the size, color, workmanship before send the dress out. This is in addition to the normal quality assurance checks that all the goods have passed in the factory line. All our stock dresses can be returned for any reason within 3 days you get the parcel. Please note,customized dresses does not apply to this item.


Change Your Order

If you want to change the order information after order, please feel free to let us know, we will try our best to help.But please note that,once we has already begin to make your dress,there is something can not be changed. Therefore,please think twice about the size,the color and every details before you put down your order information.

Return Your Items

Please make sure that you understand our return policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items  back to reserves the right to charge a handling fee on all returned products.If you want to return your items, please make us know first.You need to contact us within two days after you signed for the parcel if you have any questions about the dress. No return without approval from our customer service will be accepted.


Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses are hand sewn,and the dress is made to your personal measurement,so usually,there would be no size issues. The finished dress may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements.To mimimize this problem,we will also check your order information carefully and what you need to do is to provide your correct measurement.Please do the measurement follow the measure guide.

Please note,we will not offer you any refund for the fitting issues if you provide us an incottect measurement.But you can contact us for an exchange.


Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on Slight color mismatches between the color of your dress and the color shown on screen may not mean that the dress is defective or misshipped. However, if you are confident that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.We will confirm your order information include the color with you before we inform your order information to our factory and we will try our best to minimize the color difference.


Quality Issues

We assure you of the quality, shipment and fine quality fabric for every dress, if there is any quality problem, Please take a photo of the the damaged dress to our customer service.And then send it back after our approval.If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective as described, you will receive a refund for the purchase price exclude shipping and handling fees.If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you with no refund.
